This project will consist of a renovation on campus which houses the Conservatory for the Arts. It plans to divide the open plan layout with permanent walls to create dynamic, state of the art spaces for creative environment.

CURRENT STATUS

Interior:

  • Area A –Drywall hanging and finishing, overhead MEP Rough, pouring of slabs for Main Entry and storefront at X175
  • Area B –Millwork installation, ceiling grid installed, ceiling trim ongoing. 
  • Area C –Millwork installation, ceiling grid installed, ceiling trim ongoing. 
  • Area D –Ceiling grid/trim, walls prepped for paint.  

Exterior:   

  • Pouring of slabs for Main Entry and storefront at X175
  • Installation of exterior door frames. 
  • Roofing work ongoing in areas E. 
  • Corridor extension and main entry steel modifications
  • Installation of clerestory frames and window
